On this page we will explain your Aspergers Treatment options here in the UK. We offer Face To Face Consultations, Telephone Consultations and Online Consultations via webcam. Below you will find information on how each works, the simple booking process, our zero-risk guarantee and just how affordable our fixed-rate fees are.
Face To Face Consultations
Our Clinic is located in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. If you live within reasonable travelling distance, you have the option of working with us Face To Face at our Clinic.
Our Face To Face Consultations are a full 90-minutes in duration, which may seem like a long time initially. However, the technology we use is so interesting and easy to pick up that the time simply flies by.
Our fee for a 90-minute Face To Face Consultation is fixed at £95.00 - regardless of the problem we are dealing with or how many people attend (whether it be the client alone or with a family member etc).
We also offer a no-quibble guarantee for all Initial Consultations. Essentially, if you book an Initial Consultation and are anything less than one hundred percent satisfied, we'll shake hands, part company on good terms and you'll owe us nothing - not a single penny. You will only pay the session fee if you are fully satisfied, decide to become a client and wish to continue working with us. You simply can't lose. You either get the Aspergers Treatment you want or it costs you nothing.

Assuming at the end of the Initial Consultation you are satisfied and decide to continue working with us, the fee will become payable. We accept payment by cash or cheque - we do not accept cards for Face To Face Consultations. For future sessions you will simply pay at the close of each appointment on a pay as you go basis.

Online Webcam Consultations
If you live beyond reasonable travelling distance, we can work together using Online Webcam Consultations. Although not as personal as being face to face, webcam allows a much higher level of communication than working by telephone. We use Skype for our Webcam Consultations, so you'll need Skype installed on your computer if you wish to work with us via webcam.
Webcam is also handy if a family member or carer wishes to sit in on a session, although some Aspies are confident enough to 'go it alone'.
Webcam Consultations are 60-minutes in duration and cost just £69.00
As with all our Initial Consultations we offer a zero-risk guarantee. If for any reason you are not one hundred percent satisfied with your Initial Consultation there is no charge. We will wish you all the best and then go our separate ways. In essence it will cost you nothing to see how we work and to satisfy your curiosity. Only if you are impressed by what you find and decide to continue working with us, will the fee of £69.00 become payable at the end of the session.
We find the simplest way for webcam clients to pay for their sessions is through PayPal as it is the most widely used payment system on the internet. We have simplified this process by providing a 'Pay Now' button below. Once your session is complete and you are fully satisfied, you merely write your name (the clients name) in the box and click the button. This opens up PayPal and the amount (£69.00) is pre-generated ready for you to accept.
We respectfully ask that payments are put through within twenty-four hours of completion of the session. Prompt payment helps us keep our fees affordable for everyone.
If for any reason you do not use PayPal or do not feel comfortable with financial transactions over the internet - you can simply post us a cheque. Simply let us know during your initial call or session that you'd prefer to pay via cheque and we'll give you the required information.

Be sure to send us a request via Skype to 'add you' to our contacts in good time before your Initial Consultation is due. We ask that our clients initiate the webcam call at the allotted appointment time. This removes any confusion regarding who should be calling whom.
Telephone Consultations
Perhaps the least favourable method of working together is by telephone. Whilst we understand that anxiety or shyness can manifest within an Aspie wanting to remain anonymous behind a telephone - it can be quite a compromise in terms of treatment and results. All kinds of quality communication are lost via a telephone, including; voice tonality, facial expression, body language, physical gestures and also the ability to give instructions through visual demonstration. It is a BIG compromise when working with Aspergers Syndrome.
It may be the case that you simply don't have a webcam or have never used one before. If this is true of you - just buy one! They are cheap and if you don't know how to set one up, get someone who knows about webcams to help you. It doesn't need to be a big deal. Setting up a Skype account is also very straightforward... and free.
In a nutshell, if there is any chance at all you can go for a Webcam Consultation over a Telephone Consultation - make it happen. It will serve you well over the long-term.
If for some reason you have no alternative and you have to go for a Telephone Consultation, they last for 60-minutes and cost £69.00 - the same as a Webcam Consultation.
The same guarantee applies, namely if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Initial Telephone Consultation, there is no charge. You will only pay the £69.00 fee if you are fully satisfied and wish to continue working with us. If that is the case we normally receive payment via PayPal following the appointment.
We provide a 'one-click' button to generate the fee through PayPal and for added security we ask you write your name (the name of the actual client) in the box above the 'Pay Now' button. Once you have added your name in the box, click the 'Pay Now' button and this will open up your PayPal account. Sign in to PayPal and you'll see the £69.00 fee has already been generated. All you need to do is accept it and the fee will be transferred to our account. It is very simple.
If for any reason you are not comfortable using PayPal or sending payments via the internet, we can accept you sending us a cheque in the post. Simply let us know how you'd like to pay during your Initial Consultation and we'll make the necessary arrangements.
